We accept returns within 30 days after you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase. 

 To request a return, please contact us at sabriaitmeddour6@gmail.com. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions on how to send your item back.

Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days and automatically issued to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Certain items cannot be returned, including sale items, personalized products, and hygiene or beauty products.These items are not eligible for a refund for safety and quality reasons. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, you can place a new order after your return has been approved. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at sabriaitmeddour6@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
